Outdoor Frames is designed for anyone who loves spending time in nature and wants to capture their experiences with a smartphone or camera.

Whether you're a content creator, a local influencer, or simply someone passionate about the outdoors, this Masterclass provides the perfect setting to learn new techniques and tricks that will make your adventure photos stand out.

It applies to hikers, cyclists, climbers, skiers, or paraglider pilots. The sport you practice doesn’t matter—what truly matters is how you capture and share your unique experiences.

Who’s Behind This Masterclass?

As a snowboard expert and competitive freestyle instructor, I have over 10 years of experience teaching and coaching athletes. In 2010, I decided to take paragliding lessons at the same school (then the Jungfrau Flight School) and was fascinated by the element of air and its countless possibilities from day one.

For me, there's nothing better than passing on my passion for sport and nature so that you can develop into a safe and skilled paraglider pilot.

I’ve spent over 12 years telling stories with my camera. From personal projects like bikepacking trips and mountain adventures to large-scale documentaries and commercial campaigns for outdoor brands and organizations, my journey has been all about capturing the essence of adventure.

The idea of teaching people how to tell stories through their own images came to me after helping many of my friends improve their photography during our adventures around the world.

Teaching has always been my passion, and I love seeing others achieve new milestones. This passion led me to create Foehn, an academy dedicated to outdoor photography, where I share everything I’ve learned to help others turn their memories into stunning images

The Format

This is the original Outdoor Frames format— a hands-on, 6 to 8-hour event featuring both theory and practice, designed for those ready to go beyond words and take action.

The session includes 3 hours of theory covering:

Connect with Your Story – Key storytelling concepts in photography

The 3 Pillars of Photography – Composition, Light, and Color

What You Show is What You Tell – The keys to a great photo selection

After a lunch break to recharge, we hit the field for 4 hours of pure hands-on practice, applying everything we covered in the theory session. Ideally, we’ll end the day with a breathtaking sunset, a camera full of incredible images, and a bunch of new friends who share our passion.
